Inside the Toxic Cloud Having avoided the Diwali festival by bunking off to Thailand,  we find ourselves returned to the post apocalyptic scenery of Autumn in Delhi.  Today’s  AQI  for New Delhi is over 400.  That is classed as “hazardous” by the authorities.
